The Friday Flow is back!
Lets learn some fun and cute choreography! This class is designed specifically for new dancers to unlock their potential while having fun in a low stakes environment , so no prior experience is necessary! I will post the song suggestions on my IG!
What to Expect
In class, you will:
Stretch: We’ll start with a full body stretch with some cardio!
Learn Basic Steps: Then we'll jump into the choreo of the day.
